·       Senior Sales Consultant/Executive with proven track record in the concrete equipment industry and/or steel industry (brick production plants etc., roll forming machines etc.) as well as consumables in the steel industry

·       Proficient in the use of a CRM system, deadline driven, target driven, effective lead generator (additional cold-calling experience advantageous)

·       Adept at reporting (able to handle own administration)

·       Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities

·       Work well both under supervision and as part of a team

·       Full product training on our products provided as well as systems training (internal systems)

·       Matric certification and / or higher qualification

·       Fully bi-lingual (Afrikaans and English)

·       Mature individuals (average age 35+)

 Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and running the day-to-day finances of multiple companies under one umbrella
• Responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processesManagement
• and guidance to the finance team
• Interactions with external auditors
• Interactions and negotiations with banks
• Reporting daily directly to the CEO
• Formulation of Business Intelligence reports
• Research and facilitate new projects and ventures
• Analyse financial performance and recommend cost-saving initiatives and improvements.
• Experience in foreign trade and currency
• Imports and exports experience 

Requirements: 

• Proven experience as a Financial Manager or similar role in a sales and marketing firm
• Extensive knowledge of financial management principles and tools.
• Experience working with clients in the construction, mining, and/or agricultural sectors
• Strong understanding of financial regulations in South Africa
• Proficiency
  in financial software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Relevant qualifications in finance, accounting, or related fields (e.g., CA(SA), CFA)
• Fully proficient in both Afrikaans and English

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Workshop Manager to help oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop specializing in a vast range of yellow metal equipment and generators (diesel and petrol).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage workshop operations, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Supervise a team of diesel mechanics, providing guidance and support.
• Coordinate with the other departments to prioritize repairs and maintenance, collections and deliveries.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and repairs on machinery.
• Assist the procurement department with research and development of products and services.
• Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team.
• Develop and implement systems and processes as and when needed.
• Accurate and timely costings and reporting.

Requirements:

• Red Seal Diesel Mechanic Qualification (preferable)
• At least 3 – 5 years in a similar role
• Able to communicate effectively in both English and Afrikaans
• Strong managerial, communication and organizational skills
• Computer literate and adept at administration
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
• Knowledge of diesel engines, electrical and hydraulic systems (preferably on yellow metal equipment)

looking for a skilled and organized Aftersales Co-Ordinator to manage the
function with drive and passion.

Key
Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate
  all aftersales efforts for the yellow metal equipment department (also
  includes materials handling, generators, various attachments and
  components)


• Service
  customers in a customer centric manner with technical telephonic support,
  booking call outs, constant updates and communication and logging all
  information on the CRM system.


• Keeping
  all aftersales customer files up to date and standard.


• Coordinate
  with the other departments to prioritize repairs and field services.  


• Assist the procurement department with
  research and development of products and services.


• Develop and implement systems and processes as
  and when needed.


• Accurate and timely costings and reporting.


• Warranty administration and tracking.

Requirements:

• Sound
  technical knowledge of yellow metal equipment, diesels & petrol
  engines, attachments and components


• Strong
  organizational and administrative skills


• Effective
  communicator both verbally and in writing


• Completely
  computer literate


• Punctual,
  strong sense of responsibility and accountability


• High
  EQ


• At
  least 3 – 5 years in a similar role
